The diet starts tomorrow…
Sounds like a terrible start, but it’s realistic. I have the kids every other weekend and I tend to melt down after I take them back to their mother’s. I’m being good today, but not counting calories. My sole goal today is to just not binge after I drop them off. Then I’ll have 2 weeks to get myself on track before the next roller coaster. Starting today would’ve just been emotional suicide. Tomorrow, it gives me something to focus on rather than dealing with the suddenly empty house.
HI so sorry that u take ur kids absence so badly..but u know maybe u should not be at home after u drop them off…y not go out with some friends or bring friends over home and enjoy a movie or or a sports match.U can also take up an outdoor sports tat u enjoy…maybe even a walk!Seriously u can do anything except come home to an empty home cos tat is ur problem and u have to find a way around it rite? Will pray for u!Take care.
Best wishes to you this week!
Kevin, good luck with starting your diet tomorrow !We are here for you so try not to binge blog instead it’s an awesome emotional release !I will check in with you later ! Your buddy, Kimmi
Sorry to hear about your kids having to leave. My kids go to their dads 2 times during the week and sometimes Sunday on the weekends. I don’t think their dad feels the way you do and I wish he did care for his kids like you care for yours. 90% of the time that they are at his house his girlfriend is with them and he is sleeping or not even at home.
Good luck tomorrow!
Well, that is the bright side of this is you have some free time to give your diet all you have. Sometimes finding time to exercise and eat right with kids in the house can be very difficult. But, you have time to focus on food and exercise soley and you can give it everything you have. I hope your first day goes well. I’m restarting mine too. I wish us both luck!
